Duties

• Welcome VIP guests to the VIP tent with a warm and courteous demeanour, providing a personalized and upscale experience.

• Assist VIP guests with check-in procedures, including verifying credentials, distributing wristbands, and providing event information and schedules.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation within the VIP tent, including furniture arrangement, decor, and amenities.

• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations, ensuring that VIP guests have access to a variety of refreshments and snacks throughout the event.

• Coordinate with catering staff to ensure timely delivery and service of VIP meals and special requests, accommodating dietary preferences or restrictions as needed.

• Anticipate and respond to VIP guest needs and requests promptly, providing attentive and personalized service to enhance their festival experience.

• Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, offering assistance, information, and recommendations regarding festival activities, performances, and amenities.

• Coordinate VIP guest access to reserved seating areas, viewing platforms, and exclusive festival experiences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• Collaborate with festival organizers and VIP coordinators to address any issues, concerns, or special requests from VIP guests effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or VIP guest relations is highly desirable.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with VIP guests and colleagues.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and hospitality.

• Ability to remain calm, composed, and adaptable in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to fulfilling assigned shifts and responsibilities.

 

• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a well-groomed and polished presentation.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the festival schedule.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and etiquette is beneficial.

• Ability to lift and carry trays, boxes, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
