What is the lineup for this year's festival?

When and where is the festival taking place?


The festival will take place at Bodafon Farm Fields and will take place over two days Friday 30th & Saturday 31st August 2024.

How do I purchase tickets?

Can I bring my own food and drinks?


Food and drinks will be allowed into the campsite however no food or drink will be permitted into the arena.


Is there camping available at the festival?


Camping will be available at the festival, limited spaces will be available so be quick if you wish to camp! Please note that camper vehicles will NOT be allowed on site.


What are the parking options?


A car park will be available on site. If you wish to use the car park facilities then make sure you select this option when buying your ticket. Disabled access will also be made available for those who require this option.


Are there any age restrictions for attendees?


This event is strictly 18+ challenge 25 will be implemented across all bars.


What should I bring with me to the festival?


We have put together a list of must-have items that you should bring with you to Pine Fest. Should you forget any of these items then don’t worry as our concessions will have you covered.


Here's a list of essential items to bring to a music festival:


1. Tent and sleeping bag
2. Camping chair or mat
3. Portable phone charger
4. Water bottle or hydration pack
5. Sunscreen and hat
6. Wet wipes or hand sanitizer
7. Raincoat or poncho
8. Comfortable shoes or boots
9. Earplugs
10. Snacks and non-perishable food items
11. Cash and cards
12. ID and festival tickets
13. Portable flashlight or headlamp
14. Reusable cups/mugs
15. Personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
16. Prescription medications, if needed
17. Warm clothing for chilly nights
18. Flags or markers to identify your campsite
19. First aid kit
20. Positive vibes and good energy!


Are pets allowed at the festival?


No pets will be allowed on the festival grounds. There is an exception for service dogs.


Is there disabled access and accommodation available?


Disabled access will be accommodated for however it is advised that you get in touch with festival organisers directly should you require confirmation of any additional requirement.


Are there any prohibited items I can't bring to the festival?


● Weapons of any kind, including knives, firearms, and pepper spray.
● Illegal substances, including drugs and drug paraphernalia.
● Glass containers, including bottles and mirrors.
● Alcohol not purchased from festival vendors.
● Large bags or backpacks exceeding specified dimensions.
● Drones or other unmanned aerial vehicles.
● Laser pointers or similar devices.
● Professional recording equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses.
● Fireworks or flares.
● Coolers or picnic baskets.
● Pets (with the exception of service animals).
● Unauthorized vending or solicitation materials.
● Any items deemed to be a safety hazard by festival staff.
● Any item that could disrupt the enjoyment of others or interfere with the festival's operation.


Can I leave and re-enter the festival grounds?


Once your ticket has been scanned upon arrival you will receive a wristband depending on ticket type. This wristband will allow you to leave and gain entry from the festival grounds.


What types of activities and amenities are available at the festival?


Pine Festival is dedicated to offering an array of different activities, we go beyond music and feel it is important to offer activities for everyone! Expect to see the following;


Music
Street Food
Drinks
Comedy
Funfair amusements
Concession stands


Are there VIP or upgraded ticket options?


There will be no VIP upgrade available to the public for the first year. However this is something we are keen to bring to Pine Festival in future years to add to the experience.


Is there a lost and found service?


Lost and found can be located at the information center which will be located at the heart of the arena. This information center will be easily located and should be used when required.


What happens if it rains?


We hope the rain stays off for our event but being in the UK we can never predict what will happen. It is important to bring adequate clothing should the weather take a turn for the worst. Check out the list provided of essential items to bring to the festival.


Can I bring my camera or recording equipment?


No cameras or recording equipment will be permitted on site. We appreciate most smart phones and tablets enable you to record and capture the event, however this only applies to professional equipment.


Are there designated smoking areas?


There will be designated smoking areas around the site. Although we are outside, we would appreciate it if attendees would stick to these designated areas due to waste as bins will be available in order to limit it and cigarette waste.
